Work in progress update

Since the last update, "Maghd's Tale" was renamed "All Those Guardians of Order and Clarity, None of Them Can Abide a Free Witch" and came out in Lightspeed, "Rejoice, My Brothers and Sisters" came out in F&SF, "Bereft, I Come to a Nameless World" came out in Asimov's, and the former "Spring in the Shtetl" became The Ghost and the Golem.

I feel like there's some stuff languishing here I should really retire; I'm probably never going to do anything with Tohu vaBohu. Maybe next update I'll clean house.
