Two Interviews

Capclave was fun, though brief. That's the thing about a local con -- I skipped out after panels/reading/signing to go home and play with my kids.

For some reason everyone has decided to interview me. I'm in this month's Locus -- I'll give you a link to the actual article when it's online -- and here is an interview of me by Blue Heaven buddy and piratical-pulp-postcolonial space-operatist extraordinaire Toby Buckell.

I just read your Locus interview in my library's copy, and thought it rather interesting. Congrats!

Re:

I would want something really weird with beautiful poetic passages, sex and violence and horror, intrigue, strange fantastical speculation, written in a simple, earthy style, yet with enough strangeness and obscurity to completely bewilder me about what the author could be possibly talking about, or to infuriate me and make me want to argue back...

You should definitely read Gormenghast :)
