Imagine my surprise, upon opening my August, 2008, credit card bill, not yet having received the book (for this is the Farce of my Mind, where such things happen to comedic effect with quite a bit more regularity than they do in real life), saying "Hey, I didn't order something from amazon.com!" and calling my credit card, and canceling the charge, only to receive the book, and then the cops show up, and we're all running comically from room to room as the flour settles on us, like a patina of age, only to sit with my cell-mate decades later and laugh and laugh and laugh until a tear runs down my still-floury cheek...
